Spring Training

Spring is just around the corner and to help you start the season in the best way possible, the Academy will be conducting Spring Training this year. The Spring Training Program will be conducted over 5 weeks and will cover all the skills you need to start the season hitting the ball well and getting the ball in the hole in as few shots as possible.
Dates: Wednesday April 4, 11, 18, 25 and May 2
Thursday April 5, 12, 19, 26 and May 3
Time: Weeks 1 to 4, 5 pm to 6:30 pm
Week 5 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Program Content: Week 1 - Full swing
Week 2 - Chipping and Pitching
Week 3 - Full swing and Bunkers
Week 4 - Putting
Week 5 - On Course

Summer Clinic Program - May through September

Open clinics are offered each month and consist of 4 x 90 minute classes. These clinics cover every aspect of the game and are designed to help every golfer improve their scoring on the course. Student to teacher ratios are kept to 1:5 or better to ensure every guest receives plenty of time with your Lake of Isles Instructor.

Intermediate Class
Short Game Skills Class
Scoring Skills Class

Price: $160 with additional $15 cart fee for Scoring Skills Class

Group Clinics

The Instruction team is available for customized group instruction programs. Class size must be a minimum of 3 people, with the time frame starting at one hour. Program content can be decided in consultation with your Instructor.

One Hour Group Lesson - $40 per person
Two Hour Group Lesson - $80 per person
Three Hour Group Lesson - $120 per person

Corporate Day Academy Options

A) Walk the tee and offer short swing lessons -$150 per Professional

During the time the players will be warming up on the driving range, one of the Golf Academy PGA Professionals will walk the range offering short swing lessons and helping the players prepare for their day.

B) Beat The Pro Competition - $500 per Professional

One of the Golf Academy PGA Professionals will stand on a selected par 3 hole, and play a tee shot for each group. Anyone who hits his or her ball closer to the hole than the Professional receives a prize. The team has the option to take the professionals shot and play it as their own. The Professional will also offer swing tips for those who would like them.

C) Play a hole with each group - $500 per Professional

One of the Golf Academy PGA Professionals will play a hole with each group during the tournament. The groups will have the option to play the professionals ball or take his score towards their team score on that particular hole.

D) Half Day Golf School - $120 per person, minimum of 4 people

This program is ideal for people looking for an introduction to the game or are new golfers and would like to take part in your Tournament but do not feel comfortable playing on the course. The three-hour Golf School with the Golf Academy PGA Professionals will instruction on the full swing, chipping and putting.
