As Director of Golf at Lake of Isles, he oversees all aspects of club operations, ensuring top-tier service and enhancing the golf experience for members and guests.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Gillette Ridge Golf Club & Arnold Palmer Golf Academy, where he developed instructional programs, implemented simulator technology, and managed club operations. His expertise in tournament management, merchandising, and digital marketing has helped drive engagement and revenue growth.
Lucas has contributed to New England Golfer’s Magazine, served on the CT PGA Player Development Committee, the CT PGA Membership Committee and helped multiple clubs earn top rankings in GolfWeek, Northeast Golf, and New England Golf Monthly. His passion for golf, strategic leadership, and dedication to growing the game continue to shape the clubs he leads.
