Jonathan Nazarko (Lead Athletic Performance Coach) has an extensive background in athletic performance, strength and conditioning from the Collegiate to Professional level.
Over the last decade he has worked with the URI Golf team, Boston Red Sox, 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers and Professional Golfers. His expertise in biomechanics, rehab, strength, power and development are now available at Lake of Isles Golf Academy.
Jonathan offers lessons and clinics that utilize the weight room to build strength, power, and foundational movements directly correlated to the golf swing. Sessions will also have the option to include driving range and hitting bays in order to maximize carryover from the gym setting to the course.

What if this season’s biggest improvement isn’t your swing—but your body behind it?
Lake of Isles is now offering Golf Fitness Instruction at the Lake of Isles Golf Academy with Jon Nazarko, Head Performance Coach at Zark Athletic Performance.
Beginning in March, our first four-week clinic is designed to prepare your body for the demands of the golf season. Each session focuses on mobility, strength, and power specific to the golf swing—and each week builds progressively on the last to ensure measurable results.
In addition to the clinic, individual instruction and pre-round warm-up sessions will also be available (when scheduling allows), giving you the tools to feel loose, strong, and ready every time you tee it up.
