The Spa at Norwich Inn Stay & Play experience includes:
- As a Stay & Play guest, you receive priority access to tee times up to 90 days in advance. Public reservations open only 30 days prior, ensuring preferred times for our S&P guests.
- Lodging at The Spa at Norwich Inn
- Breakfast at Kensington’s Restaurant
- Full access to the Spa facility, including sauna, steam room, whirlpool, indoor pool, relaxation room, and fitness center
- Robe, slippers, and locker room use
- 18 holes on the award-winning Lake of Isles North Shell Course with a golf cart
- All taxes and resort fees included
- Use of practice range* one hour prior to your round
- Complimentary bottled water and a Lake of Isles Hat
Multi Bedroom Suites & Villas are not available with this package.
Stay & Play packages are discounted rates and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or group rates.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
We kindly ask that any cancelations be emailed to loistayandplay@kempersports.com a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival to avoid full package charges. Due to the high demand and limited availability of both tee times and accommodations, we are unable to refund after the 10 day mark. We are happy to issue rainchecks for any weather related cancelations, should there be poor weather on the day of play. Please refer to the above rain check policy for more information.

Booking and Payment
How far in advance can I book?
Stay & Play packages may be reserved between 7 and 90 days prior to your desired arrival date.
How many golfers or rooms can I include in my package?
Each package is designed for one to four golfers per room. A maximum of 10 rooms may be reserved through our Experience Coordinator. Groups requiring eleven or more rooms will be coordinated by our Tournament Sales Director at jcarter@kempersports.com.
What is required to confirm my reservation?
A completed Credit Card Authorization and Contract Form is required to secure your Stay & Play reservation. The signed form must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and the credit card on file will be charged within 10 days prior to arrival.
Golf Information
Where do we check in for golf?
Golfers should check in at the Golf Shop, located on the lower level of the Lake of Isles Clubhouse.
Are rental clubs available?
Yes. Premium rental clubs are available for $95 per day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I warm up before my round?
Yes. Use of the practice range with unlimited balls is included for one hour prior to your tee time. Please note that the range closes Mondays at 11:00 a.m. and reopens Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m.
What is the rain check policy?
In the event of inclement weather, guests may receive a rain check for the golf portion of their package. Rain checks are valid for one year from the original play date and must be obtained in person from the Golf Shop. They are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Rain checks are issued as follows:
Play 4 holes or fewer – 18-hole rain check
Play 9 holes – 9-hole rain check
Play 10 holes or more – no rain check issued
Are there restrooms on the course?
Yes. Restrooms are conveniently located near the 4th and 14th holes.
Is there a locker room available?
Yes. Locker rooms and showers with soap and shampoo are available for guest use. Towels may be requested at the Golf Shop front desk.
Is parking available at Lake of Isles?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available on-site for all guests.
Hotel Information
Where are the accommodations located?
• The Fox Tower Hotel: Located at Foxwoods Resort & Casino, across the street from LOI.
• The Spa at Norwich Inn: Approximately 20 minutes northwest of Lake of Isles.
Check in and Check out Times
Check-in at The Fox Tower is available after 4:00 p.m (5:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays). Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
What type of room is included at The Fox Tower?
A standard room includes two queen beds, a 49-inch LCD TV, walk-in glass shower, vanity, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi. All rooms are non-smoking.
*You may upgrade to a Director Suite (one king bed and separate living area) for an additional charge, pending availability.
What type of room is included at The Spa at Norwich Inn?
Each suite features a king bed, sitting area with a full sleeper sofa, dining table, armchair, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. Guests enjoy full access to all spa facilities during their stay.
Can my golf clubs be stored overnight?
Yes. The Bell Captain at both The Fox Tower Hotel and The Spa at Norwich Inn can store your clubs securely in the hotel’s bell closet.
Is a deposit required at Hotel check-in?
Yes. A $100 incidental deposit is required upon hotel check-in and must be placed on a credit card. Cash or Rewards Points are not accepted for this deposit.
Dining and Amenities
Where can we dine during our visit?
Matches Tavern, located on the lower level of the clubhouse, serves breakfast, lunch, and beverages daily. Stay & Play guests receive a 15% dining discount at Matches Tavern.

Are food and beverages available on the course?
Yes. Sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available at Matches Tavern, the Snack Shack at the turn, and from beverage carts circulating throughout the course.

Hotel rooms and tee times are NOT reserved until the signed contract is received and payment has been processed.
