Marie Allo began playing golf with her parents and her younger brother during the summers. Once she entered high school, she began playing competitively and realized that she can turn golf into a career. Marie went to the Professional Golfer’s Career College in Bluffton, SC, where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Professional Golf Management. She then transferred to the University of Wisconsin – Stout, in Menomonie, WI and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Golf Enterprise Management and minored in Business Administration. While at Stout, Marie played NCAA Division III golf and won two tournaments in her senior year.
Marie still loves to compete in tournaments throughout the state and throughout the country. In 2021 Marie won the Women’s division of the Connecticut PGA Open, and in 2022, she finished T-4 overall in the Minnesota State Women’s Open, shooting 72-75 (+3) over the two-days. Marie enjoys giving playing lessons out on the course when time permits, and loves to help those new to the game find their way.
